I phoned John as I had heard gnawing and scratching sounds in my loft. John was absolutely brilliant, he provided so much help and support to get my mouse problem sorted. A thoroughly decent man and so so helpful. Highly recommend. Thank you John!
John has had to visit us a couple of times this year for issues with wasps… he provides an excellent service, very knowledgeable and explains everything that needs to be done to resolve the issue… no doubt I’ll be contacting him again when / if we get any further issues with wasps or other pests.
Called John about out Hornets nest in our loft which was causing us major issues. He turned up on time was quick and efficient. Price was as quoted. Would recommend and use again
We have used Jon three times now and he has been excellent on every occasion. Usually coming out within 24-48hrs of enquiry and always providing a clear explanation of the problem and what needs to be done to resolve it. 5* service all round.
John came out the same day and spent time answering all my questions before treating two wasp nests in between railway sleepers that we were having difficulty treating ourselves. Looks like they have gone already after one treatment but he’ll come back if needed...perfect 😊!
